So you've made the best shopping decision of your life so far and purchased from our bazaar.. but what if you change your mind?

We at Bijoux Bazaar take every measure possible to ensure that your piece(s) get to you in 100% pristine condition, we wouldn't have it any other way. We understand that from time to time, your are likely to either change your mind, or find that an item is not quite what you were after, especially if you are after a specific colour match for an outfit. 

You may return an item, as long as it is in an unworn, perfect condition within 7 days of purchase. Send us a message on our 'Contact' page which is located on the navigation bar at the top of the page. Make sure you put 'Return' in the subject title, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. 

Postage cannot be refunded. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
